1979-1981. - senior laboratory assistant of the department "Multichannel telecommunication" of the Minsk Radio Engineering Institute (MREI);
1981-1982 - engineer of the research sector of the MREI;
1982-1985 - postgraduate student of the MREI,
1985-1989 - Researcher of the research department of the MREI;
1989-1992 - Assistant of the Department of Antennas and Microwave Devices, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR);
1992-2014 - Associate Professor of the Department of Antennas and Microwave Devices, BSUIR;
since 2014, associate professor of the Department of Information Radio Technologies, BSUIR.
In 1989 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty 05.12.07 "Radio engineering systems for special purposes, including microwave technology and their production technology" on the topic: "Improving the efficiency of triggering proximity fuses against the background of the underlying earth surface using surface electromagnetic waves ".
In 1996, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty "Radio Engineering, Instrumentation and Communication".
